This has been helping my knee big-time! After teaching aerobic dance for 20 years back in the days of high impact classes, my knees are pretty beat up. Wearing this helps me get up and down the stairs and move pain free. This adjustable band is designed to relieve knee pain by applying targeted pressure just below the knee cap. And let me tell you, it definitely does that! I really appreciate how it enhances the stability of my knee, absorbs shock and reduces vibrations. I don't wear it all day, just when being active (especially going up and down the stairs or running after grandkids!) so I'm extra thankful it is so easy to put on and take off and fits well over pants too. It appears to be well made and comes with an extra strap. And honestly if the velcro straps wear out they would be easy to replace. The sturdiest part of this is the front that goes under your knee. It's amazing the difference such a little device can make. But that small size really makes a difference when living in a hot and humid environment. It feels very comfortable on.

As an active 50+ year old, I have worn patellar support straps before and found them to be quite helpful with mild knee pain. Typically these straps are not super comfortable and offer only modest relief. This strap is extremely comfortable, and surprisingly the silicone isn't hot and sticky like I thought. Additionally, this is really easy to clean: you just wipe it off! I would rate it only as mild support, but it's so comfortable I find myself wearing it more frequently. The strap seems to be made well and the strap is soft. I used it as packaged, but there is the extra strap for larger knees so it should fit most anyone in need of some support.

This provides amazing support! I’ve tried numerous knee wraps or braces, and this is by far the best so far! I’ve had 2 knee surgeries on each need so support when lifting heavy is necessary.

This was a lifesaver for several days walking 10+ miles a day at Disney. Wish the straps going behind the knee we're a bit more comfortable but overall really adjustable, supportive, and easy to use. Without having to have a much larger and noticeable knee sleeve brace that is black and tight and sweaty (and terrible tan lines).

This knee support strap is very simple to use and provides instant pain relief. I have had arthritic knees my whole life, and this is great for feeling less pain as I go about my daily routine. I also let my daughter try this out- she has hypermobility in her knees and she is a dancer, so I was curious what she thought of it. She said that she could see using this to recover from tendonitis, or for light activity when she is recovering from subluxing her knee. But she doesn't think it offers as much stability as her knee brace that she occasionally wears when dancing, when she is at risk of a dislocation. Aside from the benefits, what I like about it is that it's intuitive to me how to put it on and where to place it. It is very easy to get the exact tightness that I want. I wish I had two of these, because whichever knee I put this on, my other one is jealous! My only complaint is that it's not as comfortable as it could possibly be. The strap has rough edges, and it hurts to sit in it for a long time. But I wonder if it would be possible to make a comfortable strap that can get very tight and stay in place, as this one does.

I am pleasantly surprised by how well this patellar support works! I woke up with knee pain and put this on, thinking there’s no way it was going to stay put while I walked around - it does! My knee pain was practically gone. Wow! And when I took it back off, the pain returned. So this definitely helped me.The strap is nice and soft, and I like that you’re able to adjust it to fit many sizes. The metal pieces on the sides did bother me at first but I got used to them quickly. The silicone piece is shaped perfectly and it really does stay in place. I did have to adjust it a couple times over two hours but it stayed better than other knee braces I’ve used. This seems really well made and durable.

This Patellar Tendon support strap is great. Comes in a small box and has two straps. I like the simpl,e but sturdy silicone(don't know whatcha call it) that presses on the tendon just below your knee; it feels good when I wear it, I can feel the support. Out of the box, it looks like it is set up for a young athlete. The strap was too small for me, and the larger strap by itself was still too small, but the Velcro allowed me to combine them, and it fit me just fine. I am older and like to walk. I expect this support strap will come in handy, as my knees sometimes hurt.These straps are designed for more athletic people than me, and can be used for prevention as well as support during dealing. It beats having to tape up an injury before every event or hike.

This strap works ok, only time will tell for its overall effectiveness. The fit seems tight enough to offer support but not so tight that you truly feel supported. But I did briefly feel some lingering compression around my knee after removing the strap, so that seems to indicate good i think. A spare strap is included as well in case the original wears out. The material is ok but not the most comfortable compared to other similar products.

I don't need this for extended use, but I find when I'm on the treadmill for extended periods, one of my knees kind of hurts. I picked this up to see if the additional support would help, and it definitely has. I don't want to injure my knee, so I figured any support or brace can't be a bad idea to try!The brace is a soft silicone, and I think it's just filled with air. It's not super firm, and so it can conform to a variety of knees. This comes with an extra band for wider knees. The bands are not super soft or comfortable. It did start to irritate the back of my knee after wearing this for a while. I will say that a lot of light pressured stuff can just be annoying to me, so take that as a grain of salt.
