It does take a little practice to figure out exactly where to place it though. The first couple times I was basically just sticking tape to my face and hoping for the best. Once you get the placement right, it gives a noticeable temporary lifted look and can help create that more V-shaped appearance.They’re easy to use, stay put, and haven’t irritated my skin at all.
