Nice size

This is a nice size, easy to see. I was able to understand the task I'm just not so sure it's doing anything for me. I'm not really feeling any extra energy but also I have problem legs so those task are I bit more difficult but I will keep using because I am moving in my chair and not just sitting all the time

For Anyone Interested In Chair Exercises

This is a good sized poster on light canvas, not on paper, so it's not going to rip. I like these Tai Chi chair exercises. I do wish it didn't say it was for '60' and over. Why? Can't anyone who's interested do it? I'm getting to 50 but I'm disabled. I've done chair yoga before and loved it (and that was before my physical disability). I like the purple of the poster. It matches my purple walker. I like that the tai chi poster is bigger then a normal poster, that the drawings are big so you can sit back and do the exercises without squinting. So much better then a 'free' print out that you tack to the wall, can rip and crease, is small, and comes with people trying to sell you subscriptions. You can also roll this poster up and store it away easy when you're done with it. What's really cool is that some of these tai chi exercises are the same as my physical therapy back exercises! I recommend this to ANYONE of whatever age, who's interested in chair exercises.

Any movement is good

Although I have always been active, I recently started adding more tai chi like moves to my routine and omg, does it ever feel GOOD! Hubby was watching me and wants to join me and this chair workout is perfect to include him. The chart itself is not printed on paper, but on a piece of fabric so it looks nice on the wall. They are very basic exercises and the chart makes it so very easy to follow. And having this chart available to look at helps you get into a routine of doing these exercises regularly. The print and pictures are clear and big enough that you don't have to be on top of the chart to see it clearly. These exercises may be basic, but add breathing to them and I tell you, they are good for your body. You do not need a bunch of equipment to keep your body functioning well. For the money, this is a great investment for your health!

love it

Since i have reached that "senior" time of my life, i was interested in trying these exercises out. I ride the bike every morning but wanted something else to help firm up where i had lost some weight. I was happy with this because it is not just a poster, it is a scroll I can hang up, and it is not made of paper which will make it last longer. Very pleased with this.

No frustration way to learn the movements

I’ve tried chair yoga apps but the demonstrators go way too fast to understand how to do the exercises and seem to assume everyone already knows how to do the poses, even the beginner ones. Plus it’s hard to look at the phone or TV screen when you’re trying to do the work out and by the time I figure out if I’m doing it correctly, they are on to the next one! I would get frustrated and give up even though I know it’s good for me. Then I discovered this chart and it’s perfect because it’s going to allow me to learn the basics and to go at my own pace. The chart feels heavy duty without being heavy and comes ready to hang for convenience. The pictures are large enough to see from a distance and it’s easy to understand what you need to do from them. I’m not using the Tai Chi chair workout for exercise because you’re probably not going to work up a sweat during them. For me it’s about remaining flexible as I get older and keeping my joints moving. It’s not going to take long to learn the exercises on the chart, but I’m not going to get frustrated as I do and it’s a good stepping stone to learning which exercises to do and how to do them before moving on to more challenging ones.

Easy to read and motivational

My 83 year old mom is recovering from a painful autoimmune disease and as a result she’s become pretty deconditioned. She used to attend a chair exercise class she loved but she no longer has any interest in going. This Tvisenva Tai Chi Chair Workout Chart for Seniors is just what she needed to ease back into movement. It’s attractive, easy to read, and guides her though exercises (many of which are familiar to her from her exercise class) that support breathing, posture, balance and joint mobility-all of which are important for every senior but especially for folks like my mom who want to remain independent at home. She feels able to do the exercises on her own and finds seeing the chart hanging on the wall to be a useful visual reminder to do her exercises. I’ve been trying to encourage her to exercise for months without success. This workout chart was just what she needed to get her started down the road to regaining her former strength and abilities.

Awesome!

I've been stumbling upon all things Tai Chi and thought about giving it a shot, but everything I found seemed like a long and pricey process. I kept wondering why they couldn't just show me the moves, and then I found this! Sure, it's the chair version aimed at seniors, but it still does the trick. You can totally do the moves while standing too, but it's perfect for my older family members who are really enjoying it. The size is just right—big enough to see and easy to read, yet it doesn't take up too much room. Plus, it comes with a string for easy wall hanging, and the material is nice and sturdy without being heavy. I actually used a thumbtack to put it up. It's awesome!

Easy to follow fabric Tai Chi workout chart

This Tai Chi workout chart is fabric and has a string to hang it while using. The illustrations are easy to follow and the large print is very helpful. This chart is a quality product that should last for many years. Each exercise is easy to follow and tells you how many repetitions or time is needed for each one. This chart rolls up for easy storage. I'm incorporating these exercises with my other ones for a well rounded workout. It's a great value too. Highly recommend.

This exercise chart takes the guess work out of which chair exercises to do.

My wife and I are both over 60, and everyday she tells me we need to start doing my chair based exercises.Normally we just wing it on what we do, or try and find a video showing how to do some. When I seen this Tai Chi chair workout chart, I had to order it and try it. We used it today and the size is perfect, not too large or too small. We are able to unroll it and hang it in our TV room to view during our workout, then simply roll it back up and store it close by.The illustrations are clear, the instructions are easy to follow, and the seated movements are perfect for our needs, plus it’s easy on our joints. We appreciate that the exercises focus on improving balance, flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. It provides us a good variety of exercises without guessing which exercise to do next. There are 16 exercises so we can split up how many we want to focus on each day. If you’re looking for something simple to help keep you on track, I highly recommend this chart to other seniors who want an effective way to improve their flexibility which in turns gets us off the sofa so we stay healthy.

Workout wall chart

The exercise chart is made of fabric, a kind that should last forever. Not paper, which one's mind goes to when the word poster is mentioned. The purple is pretty, the rods are sturdy plastic. This is exactly what I've been looking for. Something with all the exercises together, with great visuals, right in my face. Good for lazy me, who typically loses interest in keeping up a routine. No excuse to not just hang it up and start. Easy to take down and roll up until the next time, and you can take it with you anywhere. I am very happy with this chart.

Clear and easy to follow

I love that it already had a border and it's ready to hang.Would look really cute in a room where you're going to do yoga or maybe workout or even in an office or computer room.

Easy to understand poster of 16 different Tai Chi exercises, for all ages, quality print and design.

This rollable poster is made of a nice canvas type material and feels durable and looks great on the wall. There are two black rods that help keep the 16" wide x 24" long poster straight and flat and hung on the wall; it can be rolled up easily for storage. This has 16 nicely illustrated exercises of Tai Chi to do for seniors; very easy to understand and follow along. Each exercise has a label/name and colorful drawing of a lady doing the exercise.Actually, these exercises can be for anyone...heck I did a few sitting at my work desk and they do help release some stress and tension on my body. Probably a good idea to do these every couple hours if you are like me and sit all day long...might be a good morning and end of day routine!A+ cool poster, helpful and useful.

Love It

I love this. I love the large pictures and print. I can sit in a chair 10 feet away and read it. I can also leave it up on walls, or cabinet door, as art or whatever, and be reminded to take a few minutes. No more using my small phone screen, or having to be near TV , or reading off an 8x 10 paper. The exercises are simple and easy to understand. This is definitely for older people who may need to get some gentle conditioning. It rolls up, but I didn’t see a way to secure it that way with any attachment. A small rubber band will work. I plan to leave mine hanging anyway. It is a wall art. The price seems comparable to others like this.

Good Quality Chair Tai Chi Poster

I ordered the Lionpower Tai Chi Chair Workout Chart for Seniors poster. This is what I found ...The poster arrived ready to hang. The poster was not wrinkled in any way, nor did it hold a curl on the ends. The material seems of a good quality. It is in a simple top/bottom only plastic frame with a string attached to the top for hanging. It appears one can remove the poster from the framing if wanted. The print on the material is clear and the instructions and workout poses are concise. It is easy to read and *understand. *Not having participated in only a couple of tai chi classes, I was not familiar with a couple of the poses and not exactly sure of the movements they represented. It is colorful and eye catching. This is a good value for helping to understand chair tai chi poses, especially if participating in chair tai chi classes and wanting to do more on your own - or for posting at the class venue.

Great exercise

I got this Tai Chi workout to be a high-quality instructional guide for my daily exercise routine. I’ve noticed the clear, visual layout makes following the seated movements for balance and flexibility very easy. This durable wall art effectively provides me with a practical way to improve my physical health right from my chair.

Great to have for anyone, not just seniors!

This is a nice poster for just about anyone, not just the seniors that this is aimed at. In this day and age, where so many people work at a desk, having a quick option to stretch out and keep blood flowing is a great idea! The yoga exercises listed are fantastic! They’re pretty easy to complete, but quite effective at keeping you loosened up. The scroll/poster itself seems to be of a great quality, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who spends a great deal of work sitting at a desk!

good size, clear examples, not just for seniors.

I ordered the Chair Yoga Wall Chart, 31 Poses Free Weight Body Building Guide, Seated Exercise Poster with Hanging Rod & Rope, Yoga Positions & Stretching Workouts by Quivorant to help guide me in my stretching routine. For being seated, these stretches are somewhat tough for an out of shape person! Or should I say people – my spouse and I both did these side by side. Some exercises involve having a chair but we don't have one. We were able to do most of them with a couch while still keeping good posture. I can tell the stretches are working when I feel the shakiness of my muscles. I was able to get through 2/3 of the poster (I know you don't have to do them all, but I think that's a small goal of mine) on my first attempt. I do feel as though hanging this good sized poster somewhere that I can see it every day is going to absolutely help me get on better track with my stretching and workouts. That being said, I wish it didn't say "for seniors over 60" lol. I'm not even 40 yet, but I desperately needed a guide like this. As for quality, this poster is alright. There are some fraying threads on one side and the person in the graphic is mostly consistent throughout but does experience spontaneous wardrobe changes, which makes me wonder if this was made by AI. The titles of the workouts themselves are interesting such as "poses for mobility" while the font is off sometimes turning the word ankle into "anlile." I'm also a little critical of some of the poses on here not being illustrated completely, for example the chin tucks could be explained better. Maybe this poster would benefit from brief descriptions of the stretches that way laymen can use it as well.I feel like the poster is a decent value for the price as a typical stretch guide for ANYONE. If you have an injury like me or are extremely out of shape remember to take it easy and drink plenty of water.

Convenient

Works for me, I hung it on the wall facing the chair. I had previously ordered the book but is lot easier using the chart with each excercise in front of you.

Finally tai chi without the subscription charges. But if you really don't have spare money to one time purchase (some don't unfortunately) screen shot and enlarge.
