Love this watch so far! I have had it for a couple of weeks now and so far, I have no complaints!I haven’t really taken the time to learn what all it can do yet. I bought it to replace my Fitbit Versa Lite since my Fitbit would not sync to my new iPhone 17 pro max.This watch is a lot more comfortable than my Fitbit was! And I love the way the band goes back into itself instead of having the extra hanging out under another little piece. That was a constant battle on my Fitbit.I also love that you have an option to change out the pictures on the watch! Either by purchasing different ones or uploading your own!For the price, I would say this is a great watch and I highly recommend it!

Very happy with the price of the watch and the features. HOWEVER, I’m not happy at all with the customer service. The description states it fits wrists over 9 inches. My wrist is a little over 8 and the band did not fit. I tried for days to contact someone about fixing this and the only options were to return it for a refund or return it and replace it through Amazon OR I found an email address which I wrote to only for them to tell me I needed to contact the seller which again seems to be impossible. So, I had to purchase another band from another company. Also, if you have a similar issue, you should know that this particular watch uses 22mm pins. That information is nowhere to be found in the details or literature…you’re welcome. Other than the crappy seller and small band I’m very happy with the watch.

The watch works just like the "big brands" for a FRACTION of the cost it let's me answer calls and check messages and monitor my steps and check the weatherI also use to set alarmsI charge it every OTHER night and I let's me customize the face with pics from my galleryI love my watch

As long as the background app refreshes on for both the fit Polo and Alexa there is no connection issues I love the watch the battery lasts for about a week I put my arm down in the water while kayaking not thinking even though it states its waterproof but I had no issues whatsoever

Well worth the money and more. I bought this to replace my Apple watch which was almost useless when I switched to an Android phone. I just wanted my sms text notifications back and count my steps.The only negative thing is that this is not as fast/snappy as the other watch. For example, it takes about 1.25 seconds for the display to go on to look up the time.I didn't like the band that it came with so I purchased a replacement that I liked.Battery life is awesome. I need to charge it usually after 3 days. The watch survived the Pacific ocean as well!

I love this watch. I wear it even when im swimming. Really helps to keep me in check with my steps and water daily. Love that I can get phone calls and messages even when my phone isn't on me. Thought at first it was too big, but I actually learned to love the size! Great for us older folks that dont wear glasses 24/7.

Works amazing with clear pictures easy to set up and connects automatically I bought this for me personally and I love it I'm buying another one for me mom lol 🫶

Not difficult to set up and us,. e, since I’m somewhat electronically challenged, lol. One of the best things about it is that it’s waterproof. I go in the pool daily for water aerobics.

Before one year the belt breaks, then Before two years the watch started to run hot,and red light came on,and not going out, so I don't wear it on my hand,I order one more, but I am putting insurance on it, I would rate it as four,just because it serves more than a year

The app is a bit annoying and after a year, I can no longer receive text messages on my watch which is one of the main reasons I want a smart watch. I also don’t trust it in water. My first watch stopped working after I wore it in the pool so this is my second. Now I am looking into other options. It’s ok for about a year but doesn’t seem to hold up.

This watch is great. It is accurate with my steps and heart rate. Works very well for phone calls. I like the notifications but I wish I could reply on the watch and they would stay screen longer. The battery lats a full week as well with the settings i have. It's quite comfortable and an excellent value for what it cost. 10/10 would buy another.

SUPER EASY to set up! I am a senior and needed something to replace my fitbit track steps. This watch tracks your steps, your heart, an a slew of other things besides. Most of all, it is simple enough that I can set it Up myself (and not bother the "younger' brains around here). It looks great, and incredibly affordable!

This watch is amazing! It was easy to set up, the battery lasts me approximately 4 days before I need to recharge, the sleep tracker/heart rate/steps have all been accurate. I enjoy being able to see my phones notifications on the watch screen. I had very low expectations due to the vheap price, but this watch has exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with my purchase!

Ive always bought FitBit watches but found they dont stay charged long and I've had to replace them after a year or 2. Saw these Fitpolo watches and thought I would give it a try. I love my Firpolo watch. It stays charged longer and easy to use. When my screen was not working right, I sent the issue in and the company sent me another watch for free. Never got that at Fitbit!

The watch is amazing, does everything and more that more expensive watches do! I highly recommend and customer service is always available, knowledgeable, and kind wherever you need them. Battery life lasts about 4 days. The fitness tracking and monitoring are great for my health, workouts, and sleep. Awesome screen quality

I purchased this smart watch as a gift to myself for passing an exam a month ago. I read about the water proofing markup and what it meant but didn’t trust using it while swimming. However, two days ago, I took a chance and swam in an indoor swimming pool with the watch on me and these are my observations of the experience I had with it. The screen was wet and my fingers were struggling to slide the pages to the left, right, up or down, the only way to get back to previous page was to press the side button. I eventually got it to the workout page but most of the workout options were not showing. After several tapping and drying my fingers on dry surfaces (which I hated to do in a public pool) I was able to see and choose the indoor swim. I began swimming and would stop after 4/5 laps to check my heartbeat but it wasn’t available to see. After doing 18 laps on an Olympic size pool, the watch showed that I had been in the water for a much shorter period than the actual time ( I’m not that fast). Therefore the watch is useless if you swim with it.

Got it on sale at a low price. It performs better than I expected. I would have liked a little more of a user manual but have been able to learn how to use most of the features. The battery life is strong. I exercise once a day and wear it most days. I've had it two weeks and charged it once for 2 hours. As I look at it now it's at 41%. Large face and easy to read. The fitness tracking is good but probably not as accurate as other models--- but it didn't cost a lot either. I'm quick to return when I don't like something. I'm keeping this!

I’ve been using the Fitpolo Smart Watch for over a year now, so this review is based on real, long-term use.Before this, I was using a Samsung Galaxy smartwatch. I really liked the features on that, but the battery life was frustrating; I had to charge it every 1–2 days. I wanted something simpler with much better battery life, decent fitness tracking, and basic smartphone connectivity (calls, texts, notifications).The Fitpolo watch has been a pleasant surprise. The battery life is excellent compared to what I was used to; it easily lasts several days on a single charge, which was a big win for me. The fitness tracking features are solid for everyday use. I’m not a runner or swimmer, but for walking, hiking, step tracking, heart rate, stress, sleep tracking, and SpO2 monitoring, it does the job well. The display is clear. The Bluetooth connectivity for notifications and calls works generally. Sometimes loses Bluetooth connectivity with the veryfit app and needs to turn Bluetooth on and off (not a showstopper, just a minor hiccup).Of course, you have to keep expectations realistic. This is a budget watch (about a fraction of the price of premium brands like Samsung), so you won’t get all the advanced features or polish of higher-end models. I do miss the apps or games that are in the Samsung ecosystem. But that trade-off is fair given the price.After more than a year of use, the only issue I’ve had is that the strap wore out recently. I contacted the seller, and they’re sending a replacement, which I really appreciate; great customer service and a nice bonus.Overall: If you’re looking for a reliable, affordable smartwatch with excellent battery life and solid basic features, this is a great option. Just don’t expect flagship-level features at this price point.

For this being my first smart watch at 35 years old I approve! First the price (right now anyway is fabulous and can't be beat so wait for a sale). Secondly, the square screen is BIG and I like it, not bulky. I can actually SEE and I'm not squinting. The colors and quality on the watch itself are perfect. Very very easy to set up even your technology challenged parents can handle it! The app is so overloaded I love it, so many features and hidden nooks that other watches don't give you. It charges very quickly, you can easily take the charger on the go with you however you need to supply your own block. I love the sleep tracking feature (my sleep is absolutely terrible, I mean TERRIBLE so that part will do me well). The functions and swipe features are very easy and simple you really can't mess it up, honestly. And if you are switching from another watch (name brand to this one) there may be a slight learning curve however I think you will be much happier with this one especially the LONG battery life. My only 2 downfalls are: NO lock passcode or at least I can't find it, and it only has a select number of basic apps to choose to get notifications and I want more notifications from other apps (such as Ring doorbell etc).I also cannot say ENOUGH about support - USE them! Text them through WhatsApp its probably the best feature! I have them right at my fingertips if I need something, even a super basic question that I just hadn't figured out on my own yet. I absolutely love that they did that! And the responses are super thorough - pictures and step by step instructions and all. I can send a message and a reply may not be instant but they respond and I'm not sitting on hold listening to crappy music, waiting for an email response or tied to my laptop in a chat.I am so happy we chose these watches over a name brand more expensive watch.
